LMR - Latent Mobile Robot:
The LMR, developed and manufactured by Hikrobot, is a popular mobile robot. This device is mainly characterized by its speed, flexibility, and lifting mechanism. It is capable of transporting up to 2 tons.
LMRs are equipped with a lifting mechanism that allows them to transport and handle goods, often focusing on "shelf-to-person" applications where complete shelves need to be transported to workstations. It can also be used to transport trolleys, racks, and pallets.
Hikrobot LMRs typically use 2D code or SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) navigation, and a combination of these can be implemented in different situations.
FMR - Forklift Mobile Robot
FMR focuses on the autonomous transport of standard pallets. The solution manufactured by Hikrobot consists of machines of various sizes and capacities, with a load capacity of up to 3000 kg and a lifting height of up to 6 m.
CTU - Carton Transfer Unit
The CTU was created by Hikrobot as a bin-to-person solution. This type of AMR is available in capacities tailored to customer requirements. It can transport multiple products simultaneously, reaching a lifting height of up to 12 m. Combined with a docking tower, a throughput of 500 bins/hour/tower can be achieved.
It can be used in warehouse environments such as multi-level storage and order picking, as well as for the delivery and removal of warehouse or production materials.
